Kevin Green Home Begins Village On The Green Townehome Project

Groundbreaking ceremonies were conducted September 3, 2003 by Kevin Green of Kevin Green Homes, Inc. at the 21-acre site of his latest development project, Village On The Green at Staley Farms.

With construction scheduled to begin in late fall 2003 and initial units read for sale by Spring 2004, Village On The Green will be Kansas City’s only maintenance-free townhome community on a private golf course with spectacular vacation views. Ninety-four of the 98 townehomes will enjoy a walk-out, lake view of holes 2, 3 and 4 of the Staley Farms championship golf course.

Townehmes will be priced in the low $200s with several floor plans available. Each townehome owner will enjoy access to the same amenities available to all homeowners at Staley Farms – including golf, swimming tennis, exercise facility, indoor basketball and Residents Club membership. Membership in the Staley Farms Golf Club is optional.
