Warranty Service Visits

• Scheduled post-closing visit
• 30 day and 11-month, post-closing visits as a part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period.
• Regular warranty service visits that are scheduled for service that needs to be addressed prior to the 11-month warranty visit.
• After-hours or emergency-service visits, when needed.
