Pre-Construction Meeting
Before the construction process, you will be guided through the entire building process. This includes an introduction to the construction team, a tentative construction schedule and the opportunity to have all of your questions answered.
Electrical Walk-thru/Pre-Drywall Meeting
In this second meeting, you will meet with our field superintendent to plan the electrical layout. Prior to drywall installation, together we will inspect the inner workings of your home and verify optional features you have specified. Ample time is scheduled for questions to be answered.
Quality Assurance Inspections
As work progresses on your new home, we frequently conduct our own quality-control checks to ensure that every aspect of workmanship and product are up to our quality standards and in proper working order. Prior to the final walk-through, any repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Home Owner Orientation Meeting.
Pre-Closing Home Owner Orientation
When you home is complete, Kevin Green Homes Customer Service Team will take you room-by-room to demonstrate quality and operating features for all aspects of your home. During this tour, we explain our service procedures.
30-day Follow-up Visit
Once you are settled in your new home, we schedule an appointment to meet with you to ensure continued satisfaction.
Committed Service Visits
Regular warranty service calls are scheduled as needed.
11-Month Follow-up Visit
Eleven months after closing, we will perform any required warranty work, discuss future maintenance of your home and answer any questions that you may have.
